I had to try this myself. You need two Sims with a romantic relationship. Tap the couch, select 'Make Out,' and enjoy the show!

To use the Make Out Couch in Sims FreePlay, just select a Sim, click on the couch, and choose the 'Make Out' action. Watch the sparks fly!
