Unfortunately, you can't use Miiverse in Splatoon 2 because Nintendo shut down Miiverse before the game's release. But fear not, you can still post drawings in the game's Splatfest and manipulate your squid arts to shine!
Splatoon 2 doesn't support Miiverse at all, so you'll need to find alternative ways to share your art and thoughts.
