To use mounts in All Star Tower Defense, go to the inventory, click on the 'Mounts' tab, and select your desired mount. Then, just equip it and enjoy your stylish ride!

From my experience, all you have to do is go to the inventory, click 'Mounts', and pick the one you want. Then, equip it and you'll be riding in style!
