First, you'll need to jailbreak your PS3. After that, download MultiMAN from a trusted source onto a USB drive. Plug the USB into your PS3, and via a File Manager, install the MultiMAN package file (usually ends in .pkg). Voilà! Launch MultiMAN from the Games tab.
