To use Mystic Arts in Tales of Arise, you need to reach Over Limit first. Once in Over Limit, use an Arcane Arte or a charged spell, and then hold two of the attack buttons to unleash the Mystic Arte. Unleash the mythic power within!

You have to be in Over Limit, use an Arcane Arte, and then hold two attack buttons. Easy peasy!
Once you're in the Over Limit stage, let loose an Arcane Arte and press two attack buttons simultaneously to trigger it. My first time was epic!
Just enter Over Limit and then bust out an Arcane Arte, holding two attack buttons. There you go!
