Activate the Ouija Board by right-clicking, then ask your question using voice or chat. Easy peasy, but watch out for ghostly tantrums!
Just pick up the board, turn it on, and ask away! But be careful - the ghost might not like what you're asking.
From experience, right-clicking to turn on the board and then communicating via voice chat worked for me, but beware—my last encounter ended with a ghostly chase!
Grab the Ouija Board and find a quiet spot, turn it on by clicking your primary use key (default: right-click), and ask your question in voice or text chat. Be polite to the ghost, or you might regret it!
