I use Partial Res by spending Soul Points to unlock and then activating it in battles. Got my strategy down after a few fights!

To use Partial Resurrection in Type Soul, first unlock the ability by spending Soul Points. Then, equip it in your abilities menu and activate it during battles to gain a temporary power boost!
