First, find your script on Pastebin, copy the code, then go to Roblox Studio, open a new script, and paste it in. Voila!

I鈥檝e used Pastebin for tons of scripts. You just copy the script from Pastebin, open Roblox Studio, hit 'View' then 'Explorer' and 'Properties.' Right-click your desired object and select 'Insert Object' -> 'Script.' Paste and you're good to go!
