Unlike the later GTA titles where smartphones play a big part, in GTA San Andreas, you're a bit more old school. To use the phone, the game automatically does it for you during certain missions. CJ (the protagonist) will receive calls that push the story forward. So, no manual dialing or selfie-taking here, folks!

There's no 'use phone' feature in San Andreas like in GTA V. You get calls at specific points which are part of the story. No texting or browsing, just good ol' plot development.

Actually, you can't use the phone in San Andreas for anything other than answering story-related calls. No app downloads, no camera. It's not a feature, it's just part of the narrative.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
