Easiest way: Set your PS4 as your 'Primary PS4' for the account that has PS Plus. Any other accounts on that console will then have access to the benefits.

Just make sure your main PS+ account sets the PS4 as the primary console. This way, all other users on the same console can enjoy the perks!

When I set my son's PS4 as the primary for my PS Plus account, he could access all the online multiplayer and free games. Works like a charm!
