To use a power move, usually called a 'Smash Attack' in Super Smash Bros Ultimate, you just have to tilt the right stick in the direction you want to attack or press the A button while holding the control stick in a direction. It's that simple!

Honestly, it's all about timing and direction. You gotta practice those Smash Attacks by pressing the control stick and A button simultaneously.

Just press the right stick in the direction you want to attack for a quick smash move, or use a charged smash attack by pressing the A button while holding a direction on the left stick and charging it up.
