Easy peasy! Copy the save data onto a USB drive, then plug it into your PS3. Go to Game > Saved Data Utility, select USB Device, and copy the files to your PS3. Done!

You'll need to use a third-party tool to resign the save data since PS3 ties save files to specific users. Check out Bruteforce Save Data for this.

From personal experience: copy to USB, then use a save resigning tool to reassign the save to your profile. It works like a charm!

You can't. Each save is locked to a specific user's PSN ID and profile.
