It's pretty simple! Just connect the PS3's HDMI output to the HDMI splitter input, then run HDMI cables from the splitter's outputs to your TVs or monitors. Make sure everything's powered on, and you should be good to go!

The PS3 splitter didn't work well for me. It caused screen flickering and sound issues. Might want to consider a direct connection instead.
