You can use PS Remote Play! Just download the Remote Play app on your laptop, connect your PS4 controller, and follow the prompts to pair it with your PS4. Boom, you're gaming on your laptop!

I use an Elgato capture card to connect my PS4 to my laptop. It's straightforward. Plug the PS4 into the capture card, then the card into the laptop via USB. Open your capture software, and you're good to go!
