Super easy! Just detach the base from the vertical position, twist the stand so the hooks align with the base, and slide it into the groove on the bottom of your PS5. Done!

First, remove the screw and cap, then use the hook on the stand to clip it to the back of your PS5. Make sure it's stable before releasing it.

You don't need the screw for horizontal setup. Just align the stand with the console's base grooves and hook it in place.
