To regen with a Quinx, hit the 'R' key on your keyboard. Boom, you're healing! You do need to have it unlocked first, though.
Easy peasy! Just press the 'R' key to activate your regen ability as a Quinx. Make sure you have unlocked it in your abilities menu!
