In Fallout 4, you can use the Robot Repair Kit on your robotic companions like Codsworth or Ada when their health is low. Just open your Pip-Boy, navigate to the 'Aid' section where your consumables are listed, find the Robot Repair Kit, and select the robot companion you wanna patch up.
