I tried it last week. Download the PlayStation App, set your PS4 and phone to the same Wi-Fi, open the app, and connect through the 'Second Screen' option. Voil脿, you're set!

You gotta install the PlayStation App on your phone or tablet. Make sure both your PS4 and mobile device are on the same Wi-Fi, then connect and sync using the prompts. It's pretty straightforward!
