To use debug mode in Sonic Mania, start by entering the level select menu by clicking on No Save mode and pressing the menu button on the title screen. Next, highlight a level, hold down the B button (or equivalent on PC), and press the START button to access debug mode. You'll be able to transform and place objects and rings—go wild!
