I've connected my Stadia controller to my PC using USB. Once connected, I just fired up Xbox Game Pass, and boom—works like a charm!

You can't directly use a Stadia controller with an Xbox console, but you can definitely connect it to your PC and stream Xbox Game Pass games from there.
