It's simple! Walk up to your faithful canine companion, Dogmeat, and when he's injured, you'll see an option to 'Talk' appear. Instead of actually talking, you'll get a prompt to use a Stimpak on him. Just hit that option, and voila, Dogmeat is back to his tail-wagging, raider-attacking self!

Just aim at Dogmeat, press the button to interact, and choose the 'Use Stimpak' option. No need for any fancy tricks or menus, just a straight-up hero move to save your buddy.

You don't need to. Dogmeat magically heals himself after a battle. Just keep those Stimpaks for yourself!
