TBH, just go to the right banner. If you don't see an option, it's probably the wrong banner. Simple as that.
As someone who's spent way too much time in DB Legends, trust me: Go to summons, pick the ticket banner, and summon. Tickets spent, heroes gained!
Just go to the summon menu, select the banner that requires summon tickets, and you'll get the option to use them! Easy peasy!
