To use the Eternia Crystal in Terraria, first, you need to have the Eternia Crystal Stand, which you get from the Tavernkeep. Place the stand on the ground in a wide, open area because you're about to face waves of enemies. Then, simply right-click on the stand with the Eternia Crystal in your inventory. Make sure you're prepared for a fight, as this will start the Old One's Army event!

Honestly, make sure your defense game is strong before using the Eternia Crystal. The waves from the Old One's Army are brutal. My fortress got steamrolled the first time I tried it because I underestimated the event. Prep is key!
