It's pretty simple: assign the knife to a quick slot, then use the left mouse button to swing it around!
First, put the knife in a quick slot, then left-click to cut through kelp, harvest materials, or even fend off those pesky Stalkers.
Just pull out your survival knife from the quick slot and left-click to slash resources, creatures, or anything else that crops up.
All you do is equip the knife, left-click to slice. Pro tip: Great for sushi prep underwater.
