Line up your target in the sights and shoot! Rockets aren't guided, so aim a bit in front of moving targets.
Honestly, just point and click. Rockets are more about spamming than precision.
Just fly low, aim high, and let 'em rip! I've had the best luck hitting tanks from a steep angle.
