Sadly, most USB headsets don’t work directly with Xbox Series X. You’ll need an adapter like the Xbox Stereo Headset Adapter or a compatible controller with a 3.5mm jack.

I had the same issue! Ended up using an optical audio adapter to connect my USB headset. It works perfectly now.

Most USB headsets won’t work on the Xbox Series X. Instead, try using the 3.5mm jack on the controller for easy audio access.

To use a USB headset on Xbox Series X, you simply plug it into the USB port of the console. However, keep in mind that not all USB headsets are supported. Check the compatibility list first!

To use a USB headset on Xbox Series X, you generally need to connect it to your controller with an adapter. Xbox is all about compatibility, just not with USB headsets.

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
