No VR controller support in Subnautica. Good ol' keyboard and mouse might be your best bet here!

I've tried using Vive controllers for Subnautica with limited success. Using tools like SteamVR to remap controls was a bit clunky, but it sorta worked. You might need to tweak settings to get it to your liking.
