You convert it using Golden Eagles. Go to your Research tab, and hit that little 'Convert' button to turn RP into Convertible RP. Just make sure you've got enough Golden Eagles ready to go!

Convertible RP can be used to research new vehicles! You鈥檒l find the option in the Research tab, usually next to the vehicle you鈥檙e eyeing. Just convert and conquer!
