To use the Water Key, you need to first beat the Tide Keeper. After getting the key, take it to the temple on Forgotten Island and you'll be able to unlock the Water Kung Fu master!
Got mine from the Tide Keeper, then took it to the Forgotten Island temple. Boom! Water Kung Fu unlocked!
First, you gotta get the Water Key by defeating the Tide Keeper. Once you have it, head over to the temple in the Forgotten Island and use it to unlock the Water Kung Fu trainer!
