You can use an Xbox 360 controller on Minecraft Java with a little bit of setup! First, you need to download and install a program called 'Xpadder' or 'JoyToKey' which allows you to map the controller inputs to keyboard and mouse actions. Once that's done, you just configure your buttons, and you're ready to mine and craft with your controller!

I use a program called 'Pinnacle Game Profiler.' It has pre-set profiles for most games, including Minecraft Java. Just plug in your Xbox 360 controller, launch Pinnacle, and load the Minecraft profile. It's really straightforward!

Forget the hassle! Just get Minecraft Bedrock Edition if you want an easy way to use a controller on Minecraft. Java Edition isn't really made for controllers.

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
