You need an XLR to USB interface, like the Focusrite Scarlett or the Behringer UMC22. Connect your XLR mic to the interface, then plug it into your Xbox via USB. Easy peasy!

Get an XLR to 3.5mm cable and plug your mic into the controller鈥檚 headset jack. No fancy equipment needed!

You actually can't directly connect an XLR mic to an Xbox Series X. You need an audio interface or a mixer that supports USB or 3.5mm output. Personal experience: I use a Scarlett 2i2 and it works great!
