I use airplane mode. Open Instagram, load the Stories, then turn on airplane mode and watch. Just remember to exit the app before turning airplane mode off!
Create a second, secret account. Use that account to follow the person whose Story you want to see without them knowing. Sneaky but effective!
Hot take: Just view it. If someone put effort into their Story, give them the view they deserve! It's not that serious.
