It's super easy! Just go to the PS5 app, click your profile pic, then navigate to 'Privacy Settings' and there you'll find 'Blocked Players.'

Open the PS5 app and tap your profile picture at the top right. Go to 'Settings' > 'Privacy Settings' > 'Blocked Players' to see the list.
