Settings > Privacy > Blocking. Voila!
To check blocked users, navigate to your Facebook settings, choose 'Blocking,' and there you are – all the blocked folks in one place.
Open Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy, then Settings, and click Blocking. There you'll see your blocked list. I had to unblock my cousin there once!
