You can't directly view deleted posts on Facebook. Try looking in your activity log or trash folder if you deleted it recently, but no guarantees!

If your post was removed by Facebook, you can appeal it, and they might restore it. But if you deleted it yourself, check your email for any backups or reach out to friends who might have screenshots.
