Just head to your inventory under your profile. Your gifts should pop up there alongside any other collectibles you've snagged on your virtual adventures.

Easy peasy! Just click on 'Games' at the top of the Steam client, then select 'Manage Gifts and Guest Passes'. Voila, all your received gifts are there for you to admire and eventually redeem. Happy gaming!
