You can see all your groups by clicking on the 'Groups' tab in the left-hand sidebar on Facebook's website.
Just go to the Facebook menu (three horizontal lines) and tap on 'Groups.' You’ll find all your groups there!
Honestly, it's faster to use the search bar and type 'Groups.' Facebook will show you everything you're part of.
Click on the menu icon on Facebook, then scroll down and click 'Groups.' You'll find them all organized nicely.
