Open the Starmap, select the planet where your outpost is located, and zoom in. You'll see your outpost marked there. Happy exploring!

You can view your outposts in Starfield by opening the main menu and selecting the 'Outposts' tab. From there, you can see all your current outposts and their details!

Honestly, I found it simplest to zoom into the planet on my Starmap where I set up my outposts. Can't miss those icons!
