To check pending transactions on Steam, simply open Steam, click on your username at the top-right corner, and then select 'Account details' from the dropdown menu. There, you'll see a section labeled 'View purchase history,' which will list all transactions, including any that are pending. Easy peasy!

Just go to your account details and you'll find 'View purchase history.' Your pending transactions hang out there.
