Go to the main menu, find the Capture Gallery, and you’ll see all your recorded clips sorted by game.

Easy peasy! On your PS4, just head to the Capture Gallery app on the home screen. All your saved videos will be there!

I always just go to 'Library' on the far right of the main menu, then 'Applications' and select 'Capture Gallery'. Voila!
