How to view Steam Cloud saves
To view your Steam Cloud saves, just click on 'View' at the top of the Steam client, then go to 'Settings'. In the 'Cloud' tab, there should be an option to 'Enable Steam Cloud synchronization for applications which support it'. Make sure it's checked. Then, in your game library, right-click the game and select 'Properties'. Go to the 'Updates' tab, and you'll see if cloud sync is enabled. To actually see the files, you've gotta go to the Steam folder in your computer, then to 'userdata'. Your saves are in there, though it might take some digging!

Actually, you can't directly view the files on Steam Cloud like you do on your computer. The Steam interface doesn't let you peek into your cloud storage; you just gotta trust it's all there and synchronized.
Just dig into the userdata folder under Steam's directory. Your Cloud saves are chilling there, but be warned, it's a bit of a maze!
