Voice chatting in Rec Room is super easy! Just make sure your microphone is turned on and connected to your device. Once you're in the game, voice chat is automatically enabled, allowing you to talk to other players near you in the virtual world. If you're using a VR headset, the built-in mic usually does the trick. For console or PC, any standard gaming mic works. Just start talking, and make friends!

In my experience, voice chat is on by default. So, if you can't chat, it's probably your mic settings outside the game. Check your device's audio settings or try a different mic.

Just a heads up, sometimes you gotta check your settings in Rec Room to make sure voice chat is enabled. Some folks forget that part and wonder why no one can hear them. Dive into the settings menu, look for audio options, and make sure that voice chat is turned on. Easy peasy!

Honestly, just plug in a mic and start talking. It's not rocket science.

If you're a Rec Room player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Rec Room gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
