To walk in Rec Room on PSVR, just use the move controllers. There are buttons on them that let you move forward or backward and turn. It's super intuitive once you get the hang of it! Make sure your play area is clear though, don't want to bump into anything.

Just use the move button on your Move controller for smooth movement. If you wanna change directions, point your controller where you wanna go. Easy peasy!
