You really can't teleport in Subnautica without cheats. Stick to your trusty Seamoth or Cyclops for travel.

Warping in Subnautica isn't exactly part of the core gameplay, but if you enable the debug console, you can use the 'warp' command to teleport to specific coordinates. Just press F3, then F8 to unlock the mouse, and check 'Disable Console'. Close the menu and press Enter to open the console, then type 'warp x y z' with the coordinates you want to go to!
