You don’t even need a guide. Look up the manga chapters and watch the anime episodes that correspond to those chapters. Skip everything else. Done and done!
If you wanna skip fillers, check out sites like AnimeFillerList.com. They have all the episodes sorted between canon and filler, so you know exactly which episodes to skip.
Just watch anything labeled as “non-canon” or “filler” last. That’s how I did it, and it worked out fine!
