Honestly, you're best off just following the episode numbers. Start at 1 and go all the way through to 167. Simple and effective.

To watch Dragon Ball Z Kai in order, start with Dragon Ball Z Kai: The Saiyan Saga (Episodes 1-26), then move to Dragon Ball Z Kai: The Frieza Saga (Episodes 27-54), followed by Dragon Ball Z Kai: The Androids Saga and Cell Saga (Episodes 55-98). Finish with Dragon Ball Z Kai: The Majin Buu Saga (Episodes 99-167).

"Dragon Ball Z Kai" is split into sagas: Saiyan, Frieza, Android/Cell, and then Majin Buu. Start with Saiyan and just keep going!

I watched DBZ Kai in chronological order by saga. Start with the Saiyan Saga, tackle the Frieza Saga next, then power through the Androids and Cell Sagas, and finally, end it with the Majin Buu Saga.

If you're a Dragon Ball fan, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crunchyroll gift card, which you can win and use to stream anything you want essentially for free!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
