You can follow the timeline by starting with Dragon Ball, then watch Dragon Ball Z, and finally move on to Dragon Ball Super. Trust me, it'll make more sense this way.

Skip the fillers! Just watch the main story arcs. Your patience and time will thank you later.

As a fan who鈥檚 watched it multiple times, I鈥檇 say the best order is the original release: Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, then Dragon Ball Super. Keep it classic!

Start with Dragon Ball Z episodes 1-86, then switch to watching Dragon Ball Z: Bardock - The Father of Goku. After that, go through episodes 87-107, then the Dragon Ball Z: The History of Trunks special. Resume with episodes 108-194. If you want to get to the movies, watch them after finishing the series!

Just binge-watch the entire Dragon Ball Z series from start to finish. That's the easiest way, and you won't miss anything important.

If you're a Dragon Ball fan, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Crunchyroll gift card, which you can win and use to stream anything you want essentially for free!

In case you're wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying ads) and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
