Got to the Apps section, search for YouTube, download it, and then just launch it like any other app.

Super easy, just download the YouTube app from the Xbox 360 Apps Marketplace, sign in, and you're good to go!

YouTube actually got removed from Xbox 360, so use the console's browser instead.
