From my experience, you gotta use the sprint ability wisely鈥攕ave it for when you're close to a survivor for that surprise catch!
Pro tip: Close doors behind you to slow down survivors. It gives you extra time to corner them.
Focus on one survivor at a time. Capturing them and putting them in the freezing chamber will break the team's morale!
