Make sure you sign out of your PlayStation Network account. Then, Settings > Initialization > Initialize PS4 and choose Full. It might take a while, but it'll be clean as a whistle!

Alright, first, back up your data because once you wipe it, there鈥檚 no going back! Then go to Settings > Initialization > Initialize PS4. Choose Full, and boom鈥攆actory reset!
